Judging & Awards
Entries are evaluated by an independent jury according to the criteria published in the Evaluation Framework for the relevant edition. The evaluation process is multi-stage, and decisions of the jury are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding individual scores or outcomes. Where no entry in a category meets the required standard, we may decline to confer an award in that category. Awards are personal to the recipient and may not be transferred or sold. Recipients may reference their award accurately, stating the category and year in full, and may not imply a status that was not conferred.

You agree not to engage in any of the following in connection with the website or awards program:
- —Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- —Attempting to contact, influence, or offer incentives to jury members.
- —Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to submit entries or access the website.
- —Interfering with the operation of the website or circumventing security measures.
- —Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- —Engaging in any conduct that harms the reputation or integrity of the awards program.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of any award, and legal action.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
ARTÉNO recognizes achievement through independent evaluation. It does not confer any professional license, accreditation, or governmental status, and it must not be represented as doing so. We make no guarantee that an award will produce any particular result, including any commercial, professional, or immigration outcome. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, immigration, or professional advice. Any person considering how an award relates to an application or proceeding should obtain independent professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARTÉNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the awards program. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate in the program. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARTÉNO regarding the use of our services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
